01.Neurotoxins
BOTOX®, Dysport®, and DAXXIFY® are all neuromodulators used to treat and prevent wrinkles, fine lines, TMJ jaw pain, and more. Neuromodulators block certain chemical signals from the nerves that cause tiny facial muscles to contract. Injecting a neuromodulator into the muscle causes it to contract more gently and softens expression lines. With less underlying movement, the skin remains smooth and unwrinkled. 02.Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers are used to soften facial wrinkles, smooth fine lines, and replenish facial volume. Fillers can also be used to enhance facial features, such as sculpting the cheeks and chin, and adding volume to the lips. Upon injection, they quickly and evenly integrate into the skin creating a natural, rejuvenated look and feel.
03.Microneedling
Microneedling rejuvenates the appearance of fine lines, smooths acne scars, and improves the skin’s texture, tone and color. Tiny needles are used to create micro-injuries in the skin, which triggers the skin to naturally heal and repair itself. During the healing process, collagen and elastin production is stimulated, leaving your skin smoother, brighter, and more firm.

EZ Gel Plasma Filler is a 100% natural, regenerative and volumizing filler that contains both serum albumin and growth factors obtained through your own blood source. 05.Sculptra
Sculptra® (injectable poly-L-lactic acid) is a biostimulator that activates your own collagen production to restore lost volume, prevent the signs of aging associated with collagen loss, and improve the quality of skin. This is a treatment appropriate for almost all patients and is considered a preventative as well as corrective treatment.
06.Chemical Peels
Chemical peel works by exfoliating your skin and stimulating the production of new proteins. Depending on the blend of acids in the peel, chemical peels can clear acne, lighten hyperpigmentation and melasma, minimize the appearance of pores, and improve skin texture.
07.Skincare/Cosmetic Consultation
During your consultation we will discuss your goals, budget, assess your skin and facial anatomy, and determine the right treatment plan for you. A comprehensive skincare and office treatment plan will be tailored to you, including prescription medication if needed. Your consult fee can be applied to any services you decide to purchase.
08.Medical Consultation
Ivy Prothro, DCNPs is advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs) who focus on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of skin, hair, and nail conditions. She is accepting new patients for consults on acne, rosacea, eczema, actinic damage, hair/nail disorders and more. She does not accept insurance and there is an out of pocket charge for your medical visit. If a prescription is warranted, it will be sent to the pharmacy of your choice.
